This is a voting category for the most popular, widely reached and most acceptable song in the year under review. It is a close one for the organizers as they have a pool of lovely club banging songs to pick from.
Ojuelegba: Many say it is the best song outta naija in the year under review and Wizkid’s best ever output no wonder American superstar Drake offered to feature on its remix. The Star Boy narrated his struggles from the streets of Ojuelegba to stardom. We feel the organizers were meticulous enough to consider this song in this category.
Godwin: Korede Bello got the nod in this for his prayer-like single ‘Godwin’ which enjoyed wide acceptance from music lovers across the country. The Mavin Records star did worship God for his blessing and how things turned around in his favour. Godwin is big and it deserved his place here.

Woju: Kiss Daniel wowed and won fans over with his introductory track ‘Woju’ which serves like the pace setter for him in the industry ‘Woju’ was so big it had superstars, Tiwa Savage and Davido on its remix. With this single, anyone can place a bet that Kiss Daniel is here to make a statement.

Bobo: Olamide’s monster hit, ‘Bobo’ must not be ignored here, the Yung John produced track as a street anthem with a uniquely new dance move to match. Olamide sure knows how to woe the streets as both young and old dance to this evergreen jam.
Our Verdict:
It is a close one between Olamide’s Bobo and Wizkid’s Ojuelegba but we feel Wizkid deserved it because of the message laden track he’s got and the international recognition it garnered.
