Kim Kardashian Eats Son’s Placenta To Avoid Depression, See Photo

Kim Kardashian is all about eating her own placenta if it helps stave off getting “the baby blues.”

In a new post on the 35-year-old reality star’s app, Kim shares that she’s having her placenta freeze-dried and made into a pill form. Kim gave birth to her son with husband Kanye West, Saint West, on Dec. 5.

“I heard so many stories when I was pregnant with North of moms who never ate their placenta with their first baby and then had postpartum depression, but then when they took the pills with their second baby, they did not suffer from depression!” Kim explains. “So I thought, why not try it? What do I have to lose?”
