Britiain’e Prime Minister, David Cameron has urged the Parliament to consider joining America and France in airstrikes in Syria.
France, America and Russia are all involved in airstrikes against ISIL positions in war ridden Syria.
Cameron’s stance is undoubtedly based on France’s recent cooperation with the US following Hollande’s visit to Washington.
We can’t wait for a political transition. We have to hit these terrorists in their heartlands right now. And we must not shirk our responsibility for security or hand it to others,” Cameron said on the floor of the House Of Commons.
Parliament had earlier rejected the option of airstrikes against Syria on concerns of its ineffectiveness.
