The Super Eagles beat Swaziland 2-0 in a reverse World Cup Qualifier today.
Having played a goalless draw away at Swaziland, the Eagles had home support as they played at Port Harcourt.
Knowing that they needed a win and that they were outplayed away, the Super Eagles started anxiously. The Swazis had superb defensive organization to thank and a ball winning midfield as they restricted the Eagles to no clear cut chances in the first half.
The Eagles had luck to thank as well as a well taken free kick from Moses Simon to take the lead.
The Eagles doubled their lead as Efe Ambrose tapped in from a set piece to help the Eagles on their way.
