With the football season well underway, it’s an exciting time for GOtv subscribers.
The Barclays Premier League which is exclusive to SuperSport on GOtv might be the most sought after football league among Nigerian football lovers but GOtv gives much more.
The local leagues are not left out. From the Glo Premier League to the Zambian Football League, to the ongoing 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, GOtv has it all covered. SuperSport 9, home of the local football leagues was opened to GOtv subscribers in August.
GOtv’s line up for the month include: Everton vs Manchester United on 17 October, GLO Premier League, Warri Wolves vs Akwa United on 18 October; UEFA Champions League, Atletico Madrid vs Astana on 21 October; UEFA Europa League, Molde vs Celtic on 22 October; Barclays Premier League; West Ham vs Chelsea on 24 October; and the La Liga, Levante vs Real Sociedad and Glo Premier League, Akwa United vs Sunshine both on 25 October.
“The weekly football action on GOtv typically begins on Wednesdays with the best in Europe competing for the UEFA Champions League, and runs through till Sunday with a La Liga game. On Fridays, GOtv subscribers are able to watch the Football Championship League to find out which clubs might be promoted to the Barclays Premier League at the end of the season”; says GOtv’s public relations manager, Efe Obiomah.
