The English football association has handed a 3 Match Ban to Chelsea forward, Diego Costa.

During a match against Arsenal on Saturday September 19, Costa was the center of attention for repeatedly hitting Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny.

The FA has charged him with violent conduct and he will now serve a three match Ban with immediate effect.

Costa was also a key actor in the scuffle which led to the dismissal of Gabriel Paulista during the match. The FA has rescinded Paulista’s match Ban.
