The Nigerian Army has announced another important victory in the fight against insurgency in Northern Nigeria. After the service chiefs received a deadline of three months to wipe out the dreaded terror group Boko Haram, the Nigerian Army have stepped up the offensive.
The Nigerian Army took to Twitter to announce the victory. The recaptured village of Gomboru Ngala is in Borno state.
The Army tweeted, “The Nigerian army has retaken the economic and strategic town of Gomboru Ngala, Borno state, from the Boko Haram terrorists group”
