Today October 15th is marked as A day without Horn in Lagos State.
We all know how busy Lagos roads can be and how annoying some drivers can be. Twitter is reacting to the new ‘law’ and this is what people have said so far;
I vowed not to use the horn 2day, but had to press it this morning only once…WHY? A crazy driver leaving his lane to hit me. #HornFreeDay

From Ilasa to Idi Araba to Ojuelegba to Yaba. I didn’t hear any horn… is it just my ears or are Lagosians really complainant? #HornFreeDay

As LAGOS observes #hornfreeday just wondering what goes in the mind of a Danfo driver. But wait O! The blind had better stay home today. — SWEET STEVE (@sweeteststeve) October 15, 2014
So far so good. #NoHornDay seems to be working. We are a disciplined society, we just take the piss one too many times…
