Man Utd striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic moved to Old Trafford on a free from PSG – and is set to be around for another season.
According to Manchester Evening News Zlatan is set to extend his stay at Old Trafford by another year.
The Swedish veteran has an option of a further 12-month contract after joining United on a free transfer from Paris St Germain last summer.
And, according to reports in his home country, Ibrahimovic is ready to sign up for another season – despite interest from clubs in Europe and the US.
He is believed to have met with his agent Mino Raiola in Manchester to finalise the details of the deal.
Raiola was spotted in the city at The Lowry Hotel this week – and Ibrahimovic was also photographed there on Sunday.
United manager Jose Mourinho has been clear that he wants Ibrahimovic to stay at the club and has appeared relaxed about it being confirmed.
Ibrahimovic has 26 goals for United already this season in an excellent first campaign at Old Trafford.
