The Lagos state government has concluded plans to arraign the engineers in charge of the construction of a Synagogue church of all nations building as well as the trustees of the church.
In September 2014, a building under construction belonging to the Synagogue Church Of All Nations collapsed in Egbeda, killing 116 people.
A coroner had ruled that Synagogue and its engineers were negligent in the building collapse and recommended a trial.
Synagogue challenged the coroner’s report at the Federal High court but had their suit dismissed on November 11.
Following the dismissal of their suit at the Federal High Court, Lagos State government immediately announced its decision to arraign Synagogue church trustees and the engineers immediately.
