If you still dream of a D’Banj and Don Jazzy collaboration dream no more as Don Baba has revealed that he is ready to work with the Kokomaster.
The two were the greatest music pair in the continent before their infamous split in 2011 that brought an end to the glorious Mo’Hits Records. Suggestions, speculations and clamours have been on ever since for their comeback.
The comeback seems nearer than ever expected as Don Jazzy revealed to Pulse.ng that he will be working with D’Banj again, maintaining that the work should have been done if not for some minor hindrances. According to him “Of course I will work with D’banj.” “But we have been too busy. He is travelling to a lot of places, and I am working with my artistes. But we will work together.”
The Mavin Records boss is set for another record breaking concert on December 23 this year with a marathon year-end concert holding in Lagos.
The concert is in partnership with Access Bank and will feature Mavin acts, led by Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, Dr. SID, D’Prince, Korede Bello, D’iJa and Reekado Banks.
Known as the Supreme Mavin Dynasty, the crew will be joined by other superstar musicians for an electrifying concert that will last for at least hours and will be broadcast Live at the Eko Atlantic.
