Nowadays it is easy to get caught up in the economic situation of the country and get lost in our daily struggles. We need little little reminders to get us back on track and help us appreciate the fact that we are alive and keep moving forward. Simply smelling the fresh air in the wee hours of the morning to watching the sun rise gradually on the drive to work can help, along with listening, reading, thinking or saying one or two sentences would help brighten your day and keep you on track.
